Hey All...
So, I've decided to return my Mooncup (menstrual cups are awesome, this one just doesn't seem to work for me); anyone else here done that? Is it pretty easy to get your money back?
I only ask because I *know* they have the 3-month guarantee, but I've e-mailed them twice about returning it (I don't have an invoice for my order) and they haven't responded either time. I've called their phone number, but it's for orders only not customer service, etc.
I'm afraid that if I do return it, they won't refund my money.
Anybody have some tips out there?
