* We got Mum a digital camera for Mothers day. She was pleased.
* Typical roast beef, mashed potato/Yorkshire pudding and peas with chocolate souffle for dessert. Yum. I ate too much.
* I am going to attempt to make my favourite Thai meal tomorrow after work. It's a simple Chicken Panang... but I have to use regular Chili paste because I can't find Panang Curry paste. Hope it will be as good. Next will be Pad Thai which I have done before, it's easy as it comes from a mix.
* Summer Schedule has started for those who keep up.
