Dear God,
Guide my life this summer.
Keep me from harm.
Relieve my anxiety.

Help me remember
That each camper I care for
Is somebody's daughter, somebody's son
And somebody loves them more than anything else in the world.
Keep a smile on my face
And love in all my actions.

Give me courage to do the right thing
Give me strength to endure these long days
Give me the right attitude to care above all else.

Make it possible
For me to do very much with very little.
Allow me to rely on others around me
And make me someone they can rely upon in return.

Please hold my family tight
While I cannot be with them.
Please keep my friends safe
Until I am back with them.
Please love on my heartbeats,
Julia and Regina,
And let them know that everything I do,
I do because of them.

Thank You so much for the joy
That is so much alive in my heart
When I am serving and giving and living for others.
I love that feeling
And I know it comes from You.
