Back from WA! Woo!
That was a fun trip, although short. :(
Got to hang out with tem_cakes's all week, was a blast per usual. Got to see a lot of friends I haven’t seen since Sakuracon 08!
Seeing everyone down there really makes me sad I live all the way up here. I'd seriously consider moving down there someday if it wasn't a different country. I love Canada to much too ever move away :/ Visit, sure! Move away, I don't think so. (Unless maybe for a really special person...)
A lot of Rockband was played over the week. I cannot sing, though ended up doing so a few times. (To the audience's dismay) I'm the best at the guitar, however; I'd like to be better at the drums, as they're my favourite.
Watched an ass load of movies with tem_cakes, the new years party was great. That was the closest to drunk I've ever been. (I had about 10 shots with tem_cakes, and 4 or 5 mixed drinks... I felt pretty ok after that. Was sober enough to steal keys from people with Aliza. (Some people thought they could drive home at 3am after drinking all night!)
I really should have taken more pictures. I don't think I took a SINGLE one. lol :/
I can't wait to go down again for Sakuracon! See everyone again... Speaking of the con, need to finish my High Priest costume!
Yes, I'm finally transing irl - Priest costume will be stayin in the closet this year, and High Priest costume will be equipped! Might end up cosplaying someone from Macross Frontier as well, to fit in with the group. (though tem_cakes's is cosplaying a fem HP, and Pammy is cosplaying a male hwiz... So there will be an RO group too!)
I wish I had some pictures to post, but awesome times were had!
... School starts tomorrow. Though all I have is a math workshop I might skip the first day of
