The paper in his hand weighted tons. Even though he didn’t know what was inside the envelop, it couldn’t be something good. Slowly he turned the letter, opening it with shaking hands. It contained only one little piece of folded paper. It read.

Dear Jinki,
I’m sorry.

The white surface only showed these five words written in the most beautiful handwriting. Reminding him of the person it belonged; the person that should be here right now. What was the meaning of this? Where was Key? What is he sorry for?

Without thinking the letter slipped out his hands and he grabbed his jacket, leaving for Kibum’s. He had to clear this up. His thoughts went wild, recalling everything they talked about in the past month. Jinki tried to remember what he could have missed, something important, but he couldn’t. He was running by now, reaching Key’s apartment in almost no time.

“Key?” His voice sounded confused even a little edge of fear audible. The apartment answered him with silence. It was dead silent. Onew tried again and called out for Kibum, his voice growing more desperate with every call. There was no answer. He made his way through the apartment, looked in every room, checked every corner. The last room was Keys bedroom. Onew slowly opened the door, peeking inside.

He didn’t know what he had expected. Maybe some horrible scene from there thriller movies but what he saw was Kibum laying in his bed, sleeping, not noticing the small orange cup on his nightstand and the fact that Key wasn’t moving at all.
