After my 10mins of googling, I realise Ayaka is diagnosed with Grave's disease. She will be putting her music career on hold soon as her symptons have been increasing according to Tokyograph.
Though I'm not a fan of Ayaka, I hope that she can get well with treatment and under the care and protection from Hiro san.
