Who: Naesala, Lenalee What: Sneaking off on an adventure Where: Starting just outside apartments, but they'll probably end up in the woods When: Sunrise
Lenalee saw the figure outside of her window and could only stare for a moment. He really is flying! She ran to the window, reaching up for the lock, but her fingers barely brushed the top of the sill.
"Hold on okay?" she called through the glass. There was a chair in the room. She pushed that over to the window, climbing up onto the seat and staring hard at the window lock. It looked easy. She'd opened locks that were a lot harder in that place.
After a minute, she released the lock and pushed the window open.
"Heh, you expected otherwise?" he asked, reveling at her look of amazement. Humans. Stretching out his hands, Naesala looked at her expectantly. "I won't drop you."
Lenalee stared at him in awe. "You want to fly together?!"
This was more than she could have hoped. Not only were they going outside, but they were going to fly and there was no one there to catch them. Beaming, she took his hands, holding on tight.
"You're being very nice to me," she said quietly, turning suddenly shy and blushing a little. "Thank you."
Noticing the slight blush, Naesala raised an eyebrow but said nothing. He wasn't smirking, of course not. He was "calculating how to use this to his advantage later." His father always did that when he was talking about humans.
He set her down at the base of the apartments, remember that the only reason he could fly with Lillia was because Lillia actually helped in the flying, too. "Outside," he said, with a half-hearted wave of his arm. "Like what you see?"
