Where it is my birthday!
Today I turn 21!!
Wow.
Anyway, eventually I will get over that fact-I have just about accepeted that I don't have a 'teen' in my age any more. Today has been a good day, I have really enjoyed myself and loved the cards and presents (I always look forward to that part!)
But there was one card which I have to share.
The same friend also bought me a huge Marilyn Monroe poster which is already on my wall.
I have loved the last 21 years of my life. I have really had a good time, have been more lucky than I deserve and have lived far more than I actually thought I could. And you know what? I don't want much to change. I want to love life as much as I do now for the next 21 years. I want to have a brilliant, faboulous time because I only live once and I am going to have a ball.
I wrote myself a letter yesterday addressed to the future me and can only be opened in 2027, the day I turn 40. I hope by the time I do turn 40 I am still in love with life and myself.
I hope everyone has had as much fun as I have today!
