I am exhausted. 3 hour exam today. Went really well. I revised Justification of Punishment, Justification and Excuse, Sentencing and Dangerousness. The questions I answered were:

1. Crtitically consider the opposing thoeries of the justification of punishment
2. Ought the focus of legal responsibility shift from the offender's act to his character?
3. You have been asked to design a new sentencing scheme for England and Wales. How would you deisgn one and how would it be justified?

3 hours and 24 pages later I finished writing 3 essays. I came home. Had food them started revising for tomorrows 3 hour exam WHICH IS KILLING ME. It is Applied Economics and the information is taking ages to get into my head. ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Anyway the great thing is that no matter how I do tomorrow, I will be going home again tomorrow evening. That almost makes it completely better. I will try my best tomorrow and write like I have never written before, but after that I will be going home and then straight to bed.
