Finally one of my prospective internships called back....yay! I have an interview on tuesday, the 27th. It is a program called Prokids and Families. It gives kids a chance, who have been convicted of one thing or another, to participate in this program instead of going to juvenile hall. If they complete the program successfully they will have no record. I would have my own case load to supervise and asses. I'm really excited, but i don't want to get my hopes up. This is exactly what i want to do. Dr. Quist is amazing. He made a call to them for me today, i have a feeling thats why I got the interview. I'm really lucky to have a professor/advisor who really cares.
