[why had he agreed to this? Going on a blind date. Clay wouldn't have agreed to this in a million years normally, but.. apparently, he had to get out of the house, 'get some' in his roommates' encouraging words.

So here he was.. waiting at the reserved table for his mystery date to arrive. His back was to the door and he was sitting up straight. A little nervous, apprehensive, but not fidgeting...

Maybe she'd be nice. So what. He wasn't.. ready for this]

[Jenna's coworker that constantly helped her out all the time told her about this guy that her husband met a while back. Seeing that they both loved motorcycles, they seemed to have a bit in common. So, when Jenna offered to buy said bike from her friends husband, they told her about this nice guy who just seemed to need a good woman--in their words, and thus the two of them were set up on this random date thing! So, with a dress that her coworker gave her, it was shit, and dark blue with a jacket, and matching blue stiletto heels. Jenna threw on some red lipstick and headed out to this restaurant that they had told her to meet him at. Walking in about ten minutes late due to traffic, Jenna made her way toward the figure she saw sitting there with his back to her. Getting to the edge of the table, Jenna cleared her throat and spoke softly. Having not put together the name with the person sitting in front of her.]

Billy smiled nervously. So, he'd picked up his blind date, given her a rose, and managed to escort her via limo to the restaurant. And she was hot!

"So, ah, how are you?"

[Lauren has never, ever been treated this nicely by anybody, especially by someone she didn't know, on a first date. She's a bit speechless, really, but she hopes that he doesn't find her rude for not knowing what to say.]

Billy is just glad she's not finding fault with anything he is doing, or expecting more or less than he was giving, or any of the hundred things that had gone wrong in his imagination. Finding someone who took such obvious joy in doing simple things like this? He liked it.
