Current Events, the desperate attempt to permanently undermine America

Oct 31, 2007 13:33

Despite a complete lack of proper investigation by this Democrat Congress the Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST), has hit the Senate floor
For the reading impaired I'll sum up LOST for you in one sentence. Ready?
If this is passed the movement of the United States Navy (including trying to stop sea movement of a WMD), all extraction of and profit from natural resources in the world's oceans (international waters), and all other ocean activity will be controlled by a world body in which the United States of America has equal voting power with Chad and Uzbekistan.

One world governing body. And every dictatorial, communist and/or religious fundamentalist government gets equal voting rights with the United States of America.

The Democrat debate:
Highlights: Dem Debate: The Good, the Bad, and the Hillary Moments.
Q: "Will you stop Iran from getting nukes? A: Dance dance revolution.

Video: But this is the topper! Those who are certain and properly terrified Hillary will be our next President, watch this video and take heart.
See, when your rise to fame has to do with marriage not merit, and your experience running things extends no further than your husband (and even that went poorly), and you've always relied upon the "THERE IS NO LIBERAL!" media kissing your ass, it can be hard to deal with the tough, direct questions. I'm not fond of Russert, but this was beautiful. Watch to the end. She said yes but means no but not no but yes but not yes but no.

The "THERE IS NO LIBERAL!" media:
Here is an excellent example of the bias in the AP. Article topic: "The monthly toll of U.S. service members who have died in Iraq is on track to being the lowest in nearly two years." Watch how the article takes that and ends up with civilian deaths and military suicide rates. Yeah. No liberal bias. And anyone wonders why the public perception of the war is negative?

Boston Globe: Liberals ended the Cold War. You can't make this shit up. The level of delusion necessary to honestly believe the peace movement helped bring an end to the Soviet Union should concern any rational person.
I love Moonbattery's other Liberal history revision headlines.

For anyone who wonders why I chuckle when a Liberal cites the Independent as a legitimate source, wonder no longer. For anyone who wonders why Christians are a touch defensive about Progressive/Liberal/Democrat secularism, here's an example. According to this editorial Christian fundamentalists long for a day when they can imprison and execute non-Christians.

And finally in the topic of the "TINL!" media, you know how Democrats are so worried about voter fraud, and the press is all over the subject? Not so much now. The taxpayer subsidized ACORN guilty pleas ignored. How mysterious.

A kid started one of the California fires. It is well past time we enacted laws holding parents responsible for their children's criminal behavior. Harsh, but necessary.

Cycle of Dependency. "It is remarkable how many political “solutions” today are dealing with problems created by previous political “solutions.” Three examples that come to mind immediately are the housing-market crisis, the wildfires in southern California, and the water shortages in the west." More government, the Democrat's only solution, and the cause of most problems.

And in honor of Halloween:
There is no such thing as a tax government doesn't like: "The Iowa Department of Revenue is taxing jack-o'-lanterns this Halloween. The new department policy was implemented after officials decided that pumpkins are used primarily for Halloween decorations, not food, and should be taxed".

acorn, voter fraud, liberal media, lost, hillary, government dependency
