Progs and queers (the author's term) are using each other for now. Who will ditch the other first, and who will take the bigger hit? If the progs abandon the queers, the queers might find themselves forced back in the closet. They are further ahead than they have ever been in history, but they can lose ground more easily than they took it. They're going to be very disappointed to backslide.
