After Democrats created the financial crises by insisting that people who couldn't afford homes be given loans they couldn't pay, then prolonging the housing bubble that burst as a result of their failed policies, now they are trying to extend the housing bubble even more. What could go wrong with this fine plan:

Basically.

Unfortunately every result of their bad idea gives them more power. So failure for them actually is profit.

Hmmm. Profiteering for the few coupled with failure and enslavement for the masses. It's almost like there's a political theory that has done that (temporarily, at least) every single time it's been tried throughout history.

Oh sure, that'll work. With a glut of rental properties, rent will go down and people who depend on rent to pay the mortgages of their second, third.. properties will suddenly lose money. The Party of the Little Guy screws the middle class again.

-And why would someone pay a lot for rent for an ordinary house from a private owner when they can live in a cheap McMansion?

It's a disaster. I want to move into a bigger house someday because of starting a family, yet I'm afraid to do anything soon. Who knows what the housing market is going to look like just next year.
