Democrats keeping the housing bubble alive - Welfare families coming to a foreclosed home near you
After Democrats created the financial crises by insisting that people who couldn't afford homes be given loans they couldn't pay, then prolonging the housing bubble that burst as a result of their failed policies, now they are trying to extend the housing bubble even more. What could go wrong with this fine plan:
Government Considers Turning Foreclosures To Rentals
"The Obama administration may turn many government-owned foreclosures into rental properties to help boost falling home prices.
The Federal Housing Finance Agency says it is seeking input from investors on how to rent homes owned by government-controlled mortgage firms Fannie Mae (FNMA) and Freddie Mac (FMCC) and the Federal Housing Administration."
"Converting the homes into rentals may reduce 'credit losses and help stabilize neighborhoods and home values,' said Edward DeMarco, acting director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency."
So having made housing costs completely artificial and causing a financial crash from it they now seek to directly meddle in rental costs AND impact home prices. Eventually both will be such a mess government will be seen as the only solution to all housing, meaning complete socialist control of where we live.
Democrats are not just wrong. They are dangerous.
