We all owe a thank you to the vermin Nir Rosen. Before I continue, keep in mind this guy (until he just resigned over this) had a fellowship at the New York University Center on Law and Security. You think you know how Liberals think and what they say about their opposition. What most don't realize is they clean it up for the audience. Nir Rosen let's us all know what Liberals really think.
NYU Fellow Posts Appalling Tweets in Response to Reporter’s sexual Assault
Here's the background. CBS reporter Lara Logan is reported to have suffered a brutal, sustained gang sexual assault by a mob while in Egypt.
Rosen decided to tweet about this. You can read his celebration of her suffering for yourself. I'm sure you get the gist without bothering.
My interest is in what happened when he began to "apologize" after taking heat.
"16 hours ago" - "forgot Twitter is not exactly private
3 hours later - "On the job you get used to making jokes about our own death, other people's deaths, horrors, you forget that you sound like a dick at home"
But are those jokes ever about brutal gang rapes that are considered funny because they happen to perceived political opponents?
Here is Nir Rosen's current Wiki resume. (After this I'm certain he will be hired by Soros, effectively falling up, as the worst of Liberals do) At which job is it that he makes these jokes? I'd like to know. Was it as a fellow at the New York University Center on Law and Security?
The real story here to me is that Rosen's first "apology" came in the form of the admission this is what he and those he spends time with say normally. His "apology" was that he said publicly what they all say privately.
Do you think Rosen wouldn't watch people, including Lara Logan, put on trains for "reeducation" from their "warmongering" ways if it were publicly acceptable or hidden? What else would he find acceptable?
In the words of an Obama ex-White House employee and self-identified communist and revolutionary, "I'm willing to forego the cheap satisfaction of the radical pose for the deep satisfaction of radical ends." You can keep kidding yourselves, but too many of the Left/Liberals/Democrat elite/aware have no limits and consider you an enemy deserving of no rights or sympathy.
