12 days of work left
We only have 12 days of work left! yeah!!!! counting down the days, though we are actually flying out from the UK on the 8th july and will be in america for the grand final of the world cup... gutted as England is football mad! (yes after 10 years i finally succumbed to calling it football instead of soccer) And we will be in the fine state of Buffalo and dont think many people in Buffalo will be following it. I will have to research before we go to find a pub (that can have kids) and will be showing the grandfinal, otherwise we might splash out on a nice hotel and just watch it from the room!
Jen has come to stay for a few days! She is still dossing at her friends house until she sorts something out and is starting to feel like she is overstaying her welcome, and i have been trying to get her to stay with us for a while, so will be nice to have her around.
Sue came over for dinner last night as well. so doc watched one of the games and us 3 chatted and caught up on gossip over a few bottles of wine) and i made my yummy lasange and Salad.
Watched team america again, though have never been able to sit through the whole thing. I just watch it in bits, but it still makes me laugh.
Then jen and i snuggled up on the couch drinking a bottle of nice Red that my friend Jo brought me over from NZ and watched a double episode of desperate housewives, or should i say i did as halfway through the second i could hear some snoring from Jen :)
England play today!!!!!!!1 yeah!!!! so leaving work early so i can get home for the start of the game (5pm). Everyone in england has the St George Cross hanging from their windows. some have one out of each window. Everyone is wearing england tops today and were all in the office early so they can leave early to get home.
