XBox???

I was going to make this part of one of my five point posts, but since I don't know if everyone clicks in to read those, I"ll keep this short and hope for wider coverage. :)  Do any of you have an xbox360 and/or Kinect?  Through a somewhat strange turn of events, we just received one as a gift, along with a subscription to the live gold online

You should ask Joel (I'll try to remember to bring this to his attention). He's more into different kinds of games, but I think he'd know what else is out there.

We have a 360 and a Kinect. Kinect Adventures is my favorite Kinect game I've played (although I haven't played the Disneyland game yet). And my nephew comes over and plays Kinectimals. It's completely adorable and really neatly interactive for kids.

Most of the games we have aren't kid games, so I can't say much about those. But the thing we love most about our Xbox is the ability to watch Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, etc on it. And I think there's an app now to link it to your Amazon Prime account (which I think you told me you had). So in my opinion, for the ability to watch stuff like that, getting the Gold membership is totally worth it. I don't use it for videochat or online games hardly at all. But I use it almost every day to watch Netflix and/or Hulu and/or Youtube.
