Day #6 off of coffee. Things are changing... some digestive changes... sleeping better. I struggled a couple of days... especially Sunday, just feeling overly fatigued. Overall though it hasn't been bad. I have been eating some sugar though. I've been using my lunch break to do yoga and meditation but I didn't do any during the weekend. Going to continue doing a bit at a time. At least for the first 30 days, my primary focus is on the stopping of the coffee... and trying to be good to myself regarding yoga/ meditation.
