Saved myself a couple'a billion quid there!
[My Mum was watching the lottery, and whenever she plays (which is only occasionally) she always picks the same numbers- the birthdays of me, my brothers and my nieces. Today, she kept pointing out with every draw how she wouldn't have won even if she had played today, which she hadn't, and just as the Lottery finished she remarked that she'd just saved herself £4 and she could go out and buy some chocolate.
Which brought me and Dexy to the point that if she hadn't played, but her numbers came up, would she have lost £15 million?]
I have been rearranging my room today, and I found £15 under my bed. I'm quite pleased, considering I had just declared myself well and truly broke with no savings whatsoever.
It's going straight in the bank.
Had a lovely weekend, and I'm actually really looking forward to going back to school. I miss Kate and Sadie and Beth.
