Holiday Shopping !?!
Wow. I feel like I can finally breathe again. I've been working on meeting a deadline at work and the samples and data just weren't cooperating! It's done though. There's this twitchy feeling that I should be in the lab running assays right now though! Guess it'll take a few to wear off :P
I went shopping with my dad over the weekend for holiday gifts for my nieces and nephews. That was expense and fun. My dad was of the opinion that he had to make sure the toys we were looking at worked properly. I'm on the toy aisle with my dad telling him to stop playing with the noisy and flashy trucks and some other customer is a few feet away laughing his tail off at us. Apparently, I can't take him anywhere. He tries to embarrass me and gets me to spend all my money! We did accomplish most of our shopping though.
Guess I'll try and catch up on my friends list a bit now and see what great stories and news I've missed out on.
