Oh the college life...
School is great and I'm doing the best I have ever done in my entire life. My classes are so interesting which motivates me to do all of my HW well and study for long periods of time. New Testament Survey is a little boring but I manage to stay awake by Dr. Sinclair's unusual expressions and theories.
I've started my own jazz dance team. It's really stressful right now putting everything together. At the club fair aka Campus Interaction Day, I had a total of 16 people sign up. On average, the girls had 7-8 years ballet and jazz experience so it looks promising. I'm hoping to go to competition next year.
My dad visited my sister and me last weekend. We both got new computers. She got a laptop. My computer is just amazing with a clear side case and lights. Anyway, we spent all day with my dad in San Rafael. My sister had to babysit in the afternoon/evening so I drove my dad through San Francisco. It was the perfect time of day driving across the Golden Gate. We went to IKEA in Emeryville. I got a coolio lamp for my room. We went to dinner at a great chinese restaurant down on 4th street. Then we drove to Mill Valley to switch cars. I got to drive the rental car back. It was so nice cause my car had been stalling before.
Dorm life is so much fun. I love my group of friends. We go out on random nights to get ice cream and what not.
This year, only 13 freshmen got parking spots. Lucky me, my sister is an RA so she got to pick a spot and we got one in the Pennafort lot which is like 5 ft from the building. I love going here with my sister. Everyone knows me. I always have someone to talk to. It's great.
