so i acquired some ponies
My first pony toys. B)
I was curious about the FiM hype and what makes it so good. So I watched the pilot episode and I was hooked. The show is simply, brilliant. Go watch it if you haven't already!
There are only two episodes of the G1 My Little Pony that I remember watching during my childhood - Fugitive Flowers and The Magic Coins. I'm afraid my knowledge of the ponies are really lacking because these two episodes have always been my reference point. I remember the story very well, but none of the ponies! Strange.

Yesterday I checked my local TRU just in case they might have the new G4 ponies in...and they actually do! They only have the Fashion Ponies and playsets available but none of the standard size ponies. So I went to Parkson instead - and they have all 6 ponies! Due to budget I can only buy two ponies - I would definitely love to complete the set eventually. ♥
Unboxed Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle.
I plan to style their mane to look like their cartoon counterparts soon.
I like Twilight a lot because she reminds me of Blossom (The Powerpuff Girls).
Purple and pink make a sweet colour combination, really.
I yanked a bit too hard on her mane to get her out of the packaging so they ended up unruly >_<
Blue ponies are always cool in my book. Plus, she can fly at lightning speed!
I love the new G4 ponies because of the cute design and vivid colouring. Previous pony designs just don't appeal to me - G3 especially reminds me of My Littlest Pet Shop series ^^;
