I believe it's actually a valid blaming, as well. I also blame Jen, a little bit, but mostly Vic.
I'm hooked on Supernatural.
After only two episodes.
After years of hearing raves and seeing fic everywhere, I decided, 'well hell, maybe I should check out Supernatural.' Of course, I can't just jump into the middle of a show, so I put disc 1 of Season 1 on hold at the library, and last week, Pete brought it home for me. At that point, I was busy watching Burn Notice (also Vic's fault) on Hulu, so I put it aside for a while. And then last night, there was nothing on TV. It was a sad time. There was also no food, because I took a nap and didn't wake up until 7:30. So we broke out the easy breakfast foods (aah cereal - the dinner of champions!), and popped in the DVD, and really only intended to watch one episode. But it was fantastic, so we kept going. Only got through Episode 2, but that's because at that point, it was time for bed. Pete put disc 2 on hold, and we went to bed.
And then this morning, I ordered Seasons 1 and 2 from Borders. Because I can't wait two or three days for my hold to show up. I must have it now. All of it (or at least the seasons that were on sale for $19.99).
