my first place
i'm totally getting the itch again! i really want to buy my own place - in the past month i've looked at six properties, but none of them were right. i don't want to miss out on a great opportunity to get into the real estate market while prices and interest rates are so low, but it's taking me forever to find something i want to put an offer on. plus part of me is hesitant to even start the negotiating process - it was so stressful last summer!
i know that if i'm patient than i'll find the right place eventually, but it seems to be taking so long. there's almost nothing on the market in Mount Pleasant that's in my price range, let alone something i would consider buying. last week i took a look at places near Commercial Drive, but it's more expensive there and i don't want to pay more than i have to.
i just want a place of my own to renovate and furnish and make beautiful.
