(no subject)
I think I have found a condo that really meets my needs. It is just down the street, ALLOWS PETS!, includes heat & hot water, has a/c, is an upper unit with patio, has a garage for temp. storage, has all appliances including w/d and will save us $1800 a month in expenses! (more if the electricity is lower - less space to light up) ad les if I only do basic cable (fine with me.) Trouble is it is available May - I'm hoping to push it to mid or late May, but that means moving in a month! And right now I have $0 for a downpayment which they may want tomorrow.
I have asked my brother and aunts for s loan.. I don't know yet how much they will loan me. So.. tho I hate to do this I am putting up a donate button here. Donate anything you can. Let the paypal donation include your address and I promise, tho it may take me a year, I will create a small original piece of art for everyone who donates anything.
If anyone wants to give me a loan of say $100ish, I will pay you back once I am settled (might be July) email me at mmhubbell@earthlink.net if you want to do this.
Believe me I'd rather not do this but I'm learning more and more one needs to swallow their pride and ask for HELP!
