I am guessing there are at least a couple squeeling Last Unicorn Fans on this list (the movie was a geek child of the 80's must as far as I can tell). Thanks to the info from my friend's
ladysprite LJ (link below), I just discovered that Peter S. Beagle is selling a SIGNED 25th Anniversary DVD of THE LAST UNICORN to raise money to help him sue The Saul Zaentz Company & Granada Media International for screwing him out of the money they made on THE LORD OF THE RINGS & THE LAST UNICORN animated films.
Get a copy of your favorite childhood film (digitally remastered, etc.) and help a great author fight corporate greed - 2 for 1 special!

I never knew the scandal and greed behind my favorite childhood tale and I really hope Peter finally get's paid what he has rightfully earned. I just bought the DVD & 2 books...I hope it helps :) (either way, I'm so excited to get the DVD anyway)
