Oh my gosh, it's been a very, very long time!
My third year has been a busy one.
All of last semester was dedicated to planning and preparing my dissertation and exams, and plenty of other essays. I'm now currently bogged under so much work again, it's as though I never even had a Christmas break! My exam results should be here within the next two weeks, so I'm really scared. I really, really hope I get a 2:1. If I don't I think I'll destroy myself :(
Currently, I have a presentation to prepare on the Gesta Francorum, an essay on the medieval view of warfare and conflict before the First Crusade, my actual dissertation, and an essay for another module on the Cathars and the Albigensian Crusade. Wow.
Got my housemate's birthday party on Monday; I'm dressing up as Misty from Pokémon. The better half is either going to be going as the Cookie Monster or Lara Croft! I'm really looking forward to it, it should be a right a old laugh.
So, I'm procrastinating. I've currently got four chronicles open but no motivation to work. It's terrible. It's all so confusing so I'm hoping the power of the internet will help. The new PS3 and Metal Gear Solid 4 certainly doesn't help. Jason bought it last week and he bought me MGS4 and I haven't been able to pry myself off of it. Addiction!
Well, best get on cracking with medieval fun-ness. Boo. Pip pip!
