Growing up I pretty much listened to whatever my parents did...I think the first band that was truly mine and that I loved was Ben Folds Five...I'm going on like my 4th copy of, "Whatever and Ever Amen." Even though the band is no more, I still listen to them, and I'm totally into Ben Fold's solo work...

The show last night was SO awesome!!! The opening band...Not so awesome...They were called Mars Volta...And from our seats, I counted a total of 4 people actually enjoying their show...It was not good...The lead singer was this cross between skinny/afro hippy guy...And James Brown having a seizure...It was just awful...If the guy's voice hadn't ( Read more... )

If you haven't seen it yet...Go find the new RHCP video...Its great...They flipped Dani California and let fans lip synch and play the instruments...Then they suprise the bejesus outta them and walk in and jam with them...Its awesome...Fan facial expressions when the band walks in are priceless...
