How ironic that I haven't logged on to livejournal in like a year and the day I come on there is an update from you! :)
I am glad to hear things are going well. Your story sounds very similar to mine with John. Although, my doc decided on the c/s before I started pushing, which was very nice of her. Then I had another c/s with Matthew. C/s or vaginal, as long as baby comes out healthy, that's all that matters! :) But I also had high bp near the end (of both) and both babies were very jaundice.
You will adjust to his cries and his schedule and it doesn't last forever. With John, we would drive for a bit and then walk around (with him in stroller) for a while, usually Millenia Mall or Downtown Disney. Matthew I think is the exception- he's never been big on sleeping in the car. It's amazing how different 2 kids can be!
Congrats again! Enjoy this time with him. I know it can be hard with the constant crying, but I promise it does go by fast. And before you know it, he'll be in Kindergarten! The best advice I can give is to sleep when he sleeps. Oh and take loads of pictures! :)
