I really don't give a care. It doesn't disgust me unless it's explicit, in which case it's about as unpleasant to me as any other kind of hardcore pornography (which is actually pretty unpleasant, unless it's in writing where I can mentally apply Gaussian soft-focus to everything). If anything I have a wee bit resentment towards it for stealing the girl-slash thunder, but that isn't its fault itself so much as it is fandom demographics, social expectations, and double standards.
tl;dr I DON'T HATE YAOI I JUST WANT MORE YURI.
