Someone threw a chlorine bomb into our yard sometime last night. Whoever it was had obviously aimed at the upstairs lounge window, but it hit the balcony railing instead and exploded, the bottle going in one direction and the lid in the opposite, leaving white splashes all over the driveway and lawn. My father insisted that my mom and I go outside to look this morning and he was in full CSI-mode: "Look how the droplets landed." "Smell this, it's chlorine." "Mel, how do you build a bomb?"
I told him he was talking to the wrong child if he wanted the scientific information; I didn't even take science at school.
Interesting start to the day. :)

I've almost finished my Christmas shopping. My brothers are incredibly difficult to buy for. *sigh*
