feelings: about naruto, and neji specifically
So when I was younger and first exposed to naruto my response was lukewarm and difficult to sustain due to my poor attention span. Recently, I thought it was time to catch up - given that I had the time and the manga had finally concluded. I caught up - literally finishing the last chapter last night, and I guess I had a lot of feelings. Neji Hyuga is still my favourite character, but I do (like many hyuga fans) feel a bit robbed in the sense that Kishimoto clearly used him as plot fodder and failed to properly develop him. And he had all the makings of the token cool character but that's arguably Sasuke too. Anyway, I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate my favourite and try not to feel too heartbroken about his death.
