Happy New Year

Happy 2006 Everyone!

My new years was a lot of fun. My mom and Phoenix came over and the four of us played games all night. Dom and I got our butt kicked, but it was still a blast. (Well except Dom raked in all the dough in poker - of course he does good when playing for real money....)

I've been spending the past few days planning the wedding. My mom got the wedding website up and going so I've been playing around with that, adding information, changing backgrounds, and uploading pictures. It has been a blast. Megan is coming up on Wednesday and we are going to spend the day planning our weddings together, sharing resources, shopping, and much more. I am so excited. Although, her wedding is in May so, as the maid of honor, I should get moving!

I am getting more and more excited about starting the new job, but also getting worried because I haven't heard from MSU yet. I need to know what is going to happen with my internship.

Christmas was a blast as well. It was a very busy four days! See, I have several Christmas get-togethers on my side, plus we had Dom's family. So seriously, we were on the go from the 23rd through the 26th. Then we spent Tuesday relaxing and catching up. However, Dom got really sick and couldn't get off the couch this past Wed and Thurs. He even missed going to the basketball game with my dad and I. So, I've been taking care of him. He isn't 100% better yet, but he is at least moving around. The past couple of days, I've been really sick as well. I hope that I don't have what he had.

One week left of break and it is going to be a busy one. Tomorrow, my mom and I are planning on going to Jackson (if Connie is available) to scrapbook with her. Then Tuesday through Friday, we are going to be in Owosso watching the dogs while mom and feeno are in Florida. Wednesday, Megan is coming up for the day. I also have to get together with Erin and with Becky sometime this week. Oh and my birthday celebration is on Sunday and I also have to get to Lansing to buy my books. Not to mention making a million phone calls and answering a million emails that have been on my list of things to do for the past couple of weeks. My to do list grows faster than I can cross things off!

Well, that's about it for now. Time to work on that to do list.
