Today from the box of squee: Lady Una
I got a bunch more imps today, and now my spree is done. I have a ton of perfumes to try, and I need a storage solution desperately! Must take boy out shooting to free up some .22 ammo cases. Today's scent is Lady Una, described as:
Honey musk, green tea leaf, blackberry leaf, vanilla bean, and fae spices.
The passage from the book alone is enough to make me want to try it. I really have to read that thing, I've only seen the movie, which is astonishingly wonderful in and of itself. That Damn Neil Gaiman. He can make me do anything.
I knew I would like this because it has some of my favorite notes in it, namely honey, musk and vanilla. In the bottle I smell something very sweet, almost sickly. On my skin I smelled blackberry and tea off the top, but the honey musk and vanilla came to the forefront quickly on me. I love love love it and will be getting a big-ass bottle as soon as I can afford it. I now have Fairy Wine, Fairy Market, Lady Una and Tristran (very much a boy's scent--gonna put it on the hubby tonight I think) from the Stardust range and I love them all madly. I need Victoria, Yvaine and the Witch Queen to complete the set.
