A beautiful moment in American history: the first black president endorses the first major-party female candidate for president, eight years after she conceded to, endorsed, and campaigned for him.

My first vote in a presidential election was 2008: I'm part of a generation that has never voted for a white male president.

This is an angry rant driven by the internet. Don't take it personally. Dealing with media/politics on a daily basis at work has lowered my anger threshold at both aforementioned topics, but also people who don't (can and won't) vote. General "you", usual exceptions and disclaimers apply, etc.

( For god's sake, vote. Even if your disgust at the disaster that is American politics is completely understandable. )
