I'm Alive!
I was almost killed today and I can't stop thinking about it.
I thought it would be nice to leave Renee flowers on her door step, so I drove the a half hour there and back to do so. Right after I left her house, within a minute, I was driving and the car in front of me decided to stop in the middle of the road for no reason...no blinker or anything. So of course, I stopped too. But there was a car behind me that wasn't stopping, and was going about 60. Finally, I realized that he hadn't touched his brakes at all and I freaked out because he was about to hit me. Luckily, I moved my steerling wheel, not knowing what else to do. He noticed me when he was about 2 feet away and swirved off the road. He ended up hitting a wall/fence thing, missing me by about an inch. The sad thing is that he didn't seem to care. Was he drinking at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon?!? Was his gf sucking his dick or something?!?
What happens when you're completely stopped with a car in front of you and someone hits you from behind at 60 mph? The only thing that I could think of is that you would go through the windshield. I wonder what would have happened if he would have actually hit me. Would I have made it? What would have happened to him? What about the guy in front of me?
Man, I sure as hell hope those flowers were worth it.
