One More Time

One more thing! I am going to post the foods I eat each day. The postings will remind me to eat non-animal products. Plus, you guys can yell at me if I am not getting enough calcium, protein, or iron! The postings will probably go away in a couple of weeks when I am adjusted. Also, my mom does not yet know I've gone back to being a vegan. She'll probably be worried, but allow me to do what I want.

Breakfast: Ah... yes, well... about that. I forgot to eat breakfast. Sorry!

Lunch: I had half of a salad with oil and vinegar and half of an apple with two tablespoons of peanut butter. Yes, I realize that is too little. I had to run a Mozart's meeting and only had about ten minutes to eat.

Dinner: I had a little bit of lentil soup, a bowl of vegetarian chili, four pitas, and hummus. I realize that hummus contains tahini sauce which contains milk. Alas, my mother brought back everything but the chili for me to eat; I didn't want to make her feel bad. I also had a Diet Rite, but that doesn't really count, does it? The stuff is carbonated, sweetened water.

Gosh, I didn't eat enough today. Thank the Lord for the sustenance of protein.
