What's new with me you might ask?
Alright, so I admit, I just typed something out and then I just got rid of it, because I really didn't want to blather on about it. If you ask me on the phone or in person, I am sure my words will all come out before I have a chance to back track.
Busy this week. At least last night I didn't get any sleep really. Kept kind of falling asleep at babysitting...not good when it starts to happen everytime you come to play with them (every Thursday). But with a little prayer heavenward, I woke up a bit more. I think it was the whole, running around the room pretending we were race cars from the movie Cars, that they boy had come up with that really woke me up. Thanks God.
Tomorrow I don't have class and so I plan to go to work at 10 even though I told her I couldn't make it till 1pm. It is nice to have some extra money, especially since the first 100 bucks of my pay check goes into my savings account. So when I work for three hours once a week, I assume that 90 dollars (pre taxes I guess) goes into my savings account. So some income in the checking would be nice too. =)
I still have to pack up some things for my house sitting job that I start on Saturday. I have mixed feelings about it. I usually don't like going, but once I get there I enjoy the time to myself (for the short few days I am there). Hopefully that will happen, and getting to class and work from the different houses I sit for won't be a problem either. We shall have to see.
I am going to a wedding on Saturday, it's at 2pm, but its an hour and a half a way, so I am leaving at noon. Correction, Tyler and I are leaving at noon! I have my first date to a wedding. Or guest I suppose you call it. Since it says Meg Stengel and guest on the invite. So it will be nice to finally go to a wedding where I will at least no one other person besides the bride. Someone to sit with and all that jazz. Who knows, there may be a few others I knwo from SPU, but since she doesn't go here anymore, and she only went here for a year--I almost doubt that.
Saturday night I am babysitting right after the wedding, provided I can get to West Seattle in time. I have to first come back to SPU to drop off Tyler, so we shall see if I can make it in time. Likely, we will just leave early...but then I don't usually leave weddings early. So we shall have to see what ends up happening.
After babysitting I am going to the first night of my hous sitting job for the Donovans. Wahooo! Or not. But then Sunday I have to be in UW are by 10:30 for a meeting with two other gals from my church and then I am babysitting at noon till 4-ish. Then I have church 5 minutes away from sitting at 5pm. So yes, quite a busy weekend. Don't know when I will fit in the time for homework, so hopefully with a shorter week next week, I won't really have much homework. Or so I hope. I have to look at my class calendars, and I will do that soon.
I just noticed the time, and I have to get to my Unite college group over at UW and even though it is raining, I was going to attempt to park on the street, so I didn't have to pay five dollars, like I do almost every week. I am off to go and try and find parking! We aren't meeting super close to any streets or so it seems. So I don't know how much I want to walk in the rain, from however far away...we shall see if laziness and safety surpass 5 dollars.
Well I am off and hopefully I will do more of a decent update later! =) But likely not. I find I enjoy reading everyone's posts, but then when I go to write one I am at a loss for what to say. Yet, then when I do eventually make myself write something I get a Rediculous amount of text on the page! Have a great weekend everyone!
