It's Finished
Well, the draft of Keeper of Men is finished. I'm quite pleased with the way it all came out in the end. Classic Romance Novel fodder.
It needs polishing, and I am still a ways short of my AugNoWriMo target, but I might find that if I go back and start tweaking/editing and polishing it will come up to scratch.
The more important problem is that it is not quite novella length either as yet, but I can work on that as well with the above mentioned edit/tweak/polish thing.
It feels good to have finished it. I had tears in my eyes as I always do when a story comes to the end.
It's like saying goodbye to a friend.
