my latest beef with gh

1) I really wish a writer - any writer - on GH would google capital case.  Heck, I just wish they'd google what a jury is comprised of.  It is so ludicrous to have Edward and Epiphany on that jury.  They both know Johnny, or at the very least they know Lulu who's involved in the case!  I think any one who's gone to jury duty or who has even watched law and order (I've done neither, I'm just not stupid) would know that much.

2) Matt Hunter is Patrick's brother as in Noah's son?  WTF?!  I don't like it one little bit.  I thought Noah and Mattie had this great, amazing love story and they just go blow that all to bits by Noah having an affair.

3) Are we living in 1985?  I haven't watched today's show but I've read that Robin and Patrick are naming their baby Alyssa?  Have I read this correctly?  Please tell me I have not.  They have done a somewhat decent (okay, not really at all, but ya know, it could have been worse) job of telling this pregnancy storyline and they've just gone and mucked it all up for me now by giving this child that name.  It has no meaning.  It's got no spunk.  It's just not the right name for Robin and Patrick's baby.  Not by a long shot.  I was really hoping for a Maddie.  Really, really hoping that they'd get this part right.  Ugh. Ugh. Ugh.  I was just saying ( to myself) the other day, that that's what could ruin it for me.  I think I might even like Millie better than Alyssa.  And I'm infinitely sorry if I'm just offended someone by dissing the name, but it's not their name

4) I know this isn't technically gh-related, but it's NS, so close enough.  Was I the only one going 'WTF?' wtih the last episode?  I don't understand Patrick's sudden closed-off-ness nor do I understand the 'moment' between Jagger and Robin at the end.  All very odd. I thought Sri was doing a pretty good job (despite not giving Scrubs the airtime I would like them to have) by not messing everything up like last year and this just seems to come out of left field.  Jagger and Robin together is kind of icky.  I'm not really a fan of her telling Jagger if Stone was alive that they'd be taking care of their nephew.

Shockingly, I believe that might be it.

night shift, scrubs, gh
