I have never written this much on a single project in my whole life. I just passed 100,000 words (which is about 30% through "book 2"). Despite the trouble with this novel(s?) not really fitting into any marketable category, I am having fun writing the tale. I suppose that's all that's important, right? Horses: Welllll, my ride this morning (in the dark, on a dark horse) was cut short by a freak wind/rain/dirt/sand/branches storm that came out of nowhere. Mac's but started having a tempo of its own, so I kinda figured since I couldn't sit straight in the saddle against the wind, it was a good time to get off on my own terms ;) Did some really nice ( Read more... ) -
wee kitten
went and saw the wee kitten again yesterday. I am so happy to report that she's going to make a full recovery. IN FACT, she's made such strides in the last 10 days, that she's going home with her new family today! They have a 13 year old daughter, and the mom works at CSU Vet Hospital, so I think it's a PERFECT fit ( Read more... ) -
