wind, wind, go away, come again another -- no, wait. don't.
I scheduled my week all wrong. Yesterday was supposed to be my 'run errands after work' day. And Tuesday would be my 'ride after work' day. Because the forecast for today used to be just as good. Apparently I should have switched the two, because today is supposed to be freakishly windy. Again. *SIGH* We'll see if I still can ride this afternoon, it's warm enough... we'll just have to see how strong the wind actually gets.
Oh well. Live and learn, I suppose! Saw Kristi (picked her up from work, poor dear hurt her ankle and can't drive with an aircast!) and Vanessa yesterday. It's always SO great to see them! Went to the bank, grocery store, library, and saw Kent for a little bit last night too.

Isn't is LOVELY? Strawberry Hot Springs in Steamboat Springs. Water was perfect. It's stone pools built into the river where the hot spring comes out of the waterfall... you can even swim in the river if you want a bit of a cool down... I squealed like a stuck pig when Kent 'convinced' me it 'wasn't that bad'.... yeah right.
this was our snowy drive home... it was a little interesting coming back. Nothing too bad. Just glad Kent was driving ;)
We had just a fantastic time, it's been a while since I've spent an entire day with him =)
