So, yesterday, I worked, and felt ill, and sore and sick, then I spent
a good five hours panic-attacking, when I should have been sleeping,
then I had to go to work this morning at 630 am, and felt hungover, and
dizzy and achy and ill and headachy. And I have two more days of work
before I go on holidays.
But first I need to stop panic-attacking.
