Buying a House!

We have found a house that we love!  It is really nice with a pretty big front yard and back yard.  It has a pool and spa and a couple of apricot and plum trees.  It is right between my work and Tyler's and right in the middle of town; close to the airport and the strip, pretty much everything!  It will cut my commute from 50 miles roundtrip to 10

those things are valid concerns but... if you're going to be there for long enough, the depreciation probably won't matter. schools can get better. and there's always private school if that doesn't happen. i can't wait to hear more about it all this weekend!

I don't know enough about real estate to comment, but I think it's awesome that you guys found a house you both love! Plus it will be so great that your commute is shorter. I think you should go for it! So glad you and Tyler finally agree on this issue! ;)
