~A Non Psychotic Twilight Fan~ Another rant
Okay, so someone leaked the exclusive material on the penelope dvd. (i will not post it here, but yes I was too weak not to click the link, lol.)
Disheartening bit: I wont say from what communities, but some of the fans expressed great disdain about it. Now, it would be different if it were based on a clip that was completely finished, and not taped from someone's video cam cuz she couldn't upload the clip straight from the dvd.

-The sound was horrible- DUH, it was taped from a video camera!
-Kristen Stewart: major dissapointment- you judged this from one or two sec's of dialogue? wow.
-Rob's accent faltered a bit.- He's ENGLISH, ok, ENGLISH! And does a damn good amer. accent.
-I can tell from this clip the movie's gonna be horrible- Are you crazy?
-The lighting and camera angles are sooo bad- Really?
-Boy, im gonna laugh so hard at the theaters- Please dont come ruining the movie for everyone else, pls.
-They were so awkward in the scene- No offense but one of the attributes of new love is a bit of awkward fumbling. At least thats what I've always been told and observed.
lol. Note: everyone has a right to their own opinions. But sometimes people's opinions throw me a bit. Some of the opinions come from a community where i cant tell if they are fans, or not, which really annoys me as they are always talking about how bad the book and movie is. Then the real fans are always super picky, as if they forget that Robert is not Edward, he's a H U M A N B E I N G. Sometimes i feel like they want the movie to be like a carbon copied reel of their own imagination's "Twilight," thus making them forget logic, lol. Especially when you find yourself judging the movie based on 1 min clips.
Maybe i just don't have enough 'perfection' expectations. I think that from what i've seen, they have done the best that they can to give us the best movie possible. I have already programmed myself to understand it wouldn't be the splitting image of the book. But, I must say that what could concern me are the action scenes, however, i cannot really say they will be horrible until i see it fully. As far as the romance aspect, i don't suspect that i will be disappointed in the least, and after watching the clip, i know i won't be. its so cute, lol, it really tugged at my heart strings.
But, yeah, my whole rant was just to say, give it a chance. Think logically, dont go into the movie thinking it will be bad, cuz then you'll be nitpicking every facial expression, camera angle, line, and vocal tone. Dudes, its like, all in good fun. Sure, its serious to us, but its also all in good fun. Cheesy, possibly, but thats what turned our heads and hearts in the first place, admit it, lol, don't hide.
Then dudes, talking about Rob and Kris' acting skills? C'mon. Now, I respect the opinions of the people who werent in favor of Rob and Kris from the beginning, at least they're consistent. But some of you guys like them one minute, and hate them the next, geez, calm down. Aren't you guys tired of the whole Dream Team vs. Chosen Ones debate? I know I am. I myself was a little iffy about them, but then i researched, found that they were talented, and that Rob was especially scrumptious, and i was sold. So we know from past works that they act pretty well. CALM DOWN! lol.
I know some of you guys feel the way i do, cuz some of you replied to some of these insane threads, telling them to calm down.
