Well I just got on from attending this year's Vets Now Congress in Harrogate. It was the 4th one and I have been to every one so far but it must be said that this one I probably enjoyed least.

OMG! Driving big white vans is such a power trip!

However, driving aforementioned big white van around narrow Tottenham streets in London at 9:30am, avoiding collisions while simultaneously attempting to read what turns ot to be an inaccurate map is not a power trip but way up there on the list of things that cause you ridiculous levels of stress.  ( Read more... )

add the discovery of a large granite crevasse with waterfall at a "mountain photo stop"

Righto - what has the last week held for me...

This time last week I was on a train heading to England. Went on one of those Virgin tilting trains and it was awesome!  Due to the "special" way British Rail sorts out their pricing I managed to get a first class ticket for less than half the price of a standard fare so I was pampered all the way down ( Read more... )
