(no subject)
Today is my last day with my dog. My parents are giving her away tomorrow to a family that lives all the way on the east side of the state. Last time this happened, the family we were going to give her to backed out the night before so we got to keep her a little longer. Maybe that will happen this time. But I'm not counting on it.
Hopefully this is the best thing for her, though. There she will have another dog to keep her company, she will be treated as if she were a child, and will have twelve acres all to herself. I just wish that I could give her all that, but I can't. I know that once school starts, we will be busy with work and shows and all that stuff and its just not fair to keep her simply for my benefit.
This sucks.
