ahhh monday. how i loathe thee.
on the bright side however, my work schedule for this week is stellar. i'm still doing inventory for le coin français, which is really quite mindless plus i get to listen to music. it's also national public service week, so this morning we had a continental breakfast here at canadian heritage, wednesday we have a bbq and friday afternoon there is a softball game + bbq (my team is called the cc chuggers *dies*). aaaand on wednesday morning i am going to the centre scolaire et communautaire des grands-vents for a festival du vent. yippee! i hope friday comes very quickly.
edit: oops, we forgot to order our harry potter books shane!
i had a danish this morning at the breakfast and now i feel gross. it's amazing how quickly your body adjusts to eating healthier! anyways, update on my new healthy lifestyle: went to the gym friday night and saturday afternoon, took yesterday off. tonight's plan is to bring shane supper at work, go see the pants with mom, hit the gym and pick shane up from work. tomorrow we start weights! yay, i am actually excited :] tomorrow is also new bsb cd day!!!!!!! i'm going to pick it up right after work so i can listen to it at the gym tomorrow night. kick-ass.
okay, so the best part of my weekend was totally booster juice. seriously, this was the BEST smoothie i have ever had in my life, plus it had fibre in it! how cool is that! anyways, i really wish there was one downtown because i would get it every single day for lunch, but no such luck ... shane and i are definitely going there once a week though! so worth the five bucks.
but yeah, other than booster juice my weekend was pretty low-key ... friday night after the gym and booster juice shane and i came home and read our comics :] i got a revenge of the sith comic which is very very cool. then we fell asleep haha. saturday morning was spent in petty harbour and in the society room picking up a new couch and re-arranging the furniture, and we now have a wicked, comfy, couch-filled room, which will totally prevent any study from taking place. oh well! we have another exec meeting on thursday so we will get to lounge around in there some more .... mmmm. shane worked until 10 on saturday night, so i just cleaned up my room (this actually took me 4+ hours, no joke) and watched mucho sex and the city. yesterday i was lazy, it was awesome.
i think i will be leaving wednesday's bbq a bit early to head to the registrar's office to straighten out some stuff on my degree audit. nothing major, just a "non specified credit course" in history that never shows up on the damn thing, and i want to get this worked out before i apply for graduation next year.
finally, i am getting my legs waxed tomorrow! i am excited, even though it will probably hurt ... bring it on ;]
anyways, to end this (somewhat pointless) entry, here is a present!
