FINALLY finished staining the deck today. Thanks for the tip, Barry. No stained railings...yippee! I started pressure washer the deck off our bedroom and the fence that separates our yard from the neighbors. I love that damn machine. I think I will have to wait to do the pool deck until the pool is closed for the season as all the crap will go into the pool which would not be pretty. Crap in pool = more for Megan to do.
Grace is talking like a madwoman. Of course, I have no idea what she is saying but it's cute none the less. She is very into mimicking. She kept saying "sucks" over and over today after I told my sister that something sucked. Lovely. I swear her first real words will be "fuck", "motherfucker" or "shit". She is a busy girl but I'm all about the running and yelling so it's all good.
I am dreading our trip to Florida for Jeff's brothers wedding. Is that bad? Our friends Bill and Suzanne are going to stay at the house and take care of the dogs and cats (and have a ton of sex on our bed, I'm sure...yuck) so that saves us money since we won't have to kennel the dogs. But I still am not looking forward to it. I know once we get there it will be fine, though. Hopefully Jeff will still have a job by them (cross fingers).
I am getting unlimited long distance this week and am way too happy about being able to talk on the phone more.
